Mendel University in Brno warmly invites you to participate in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) on Building Augmented Reality Experiences, hosted by the Faculty of Business and Economics. This unique programme combines short-term mobility for both online and physical components. The face-toface sessions are scheduled from May 26 to 30, 2025, while the date of online part will be held on May 26 and May 30, 2025. Designed primarily for students, the programme also welcomes staff members to join. This BIP will cover the entire workflow from user experience design to development skills are required. You will create your own app in 5 days! Don´t miss this opportunity to improve your AR development skills.

Price list
- Organization costs, information materials, accommodation in dormitories from July 21st to August 4th, participation at lectures, trips – travel costs and entrance fee if applicable

- The fee is approx. 1600 EUR, the payment is made in Czech Crowns – 40 000 CZK (not including the travel cost to Brno, Czech Republic)
- The payment without accommodation is approx. 1000 EUR – 25 0000 CZK. Only for internationals living in the Czech republic! The amount without accommodation must be paid into this bank account 7200310267/0100 in CZK. It is important to indicate the variable symbol 1240141, and the payment must be transferred, no later than July 10th 2024.

- Payment method – select your preferred payment method to complete your payment in your home currency. Registration
- Registration is mandatory for the participation at the event.
- Only registered students/staff will be allowed to participate.
- The confirmation of the registration will be sent to your email by our coordinator.

Administrative process
Students
- Participants are required to register using the provided registration form. Upon successful registration, they will receive an Acceptance Letter.
- It is recommended that participants secure a grant from their home institution to cover travel and accommodation expenses, which are allocated as follows:
- 1-14 days (79 euros/day)
- 15-30 days (56 euro/day)
- Participants must consult their home university to understand the conditions of the mobility and confirm eligibility for a grant.
- A completed Learning Agreement is mandatory prior to mobility. Detailed information on this will be sent to participants before their departure.
- At the end of the mobility period, participants will be issued a Confirmation and Transcript of Records. Additionally, students participating in the BIP will be awarded 3 ECTS credits.
Staff
- Staff can participate within the Erasmus+ STT (Staff Mobility for Training) or Erasmus+ STA (Staff Mobility for Teaching):
- E+ STT – qualifying as eligible BIP participants
- E+ STA – qualifying as organizers/lectures, not as participants
- For documentation, you will be contacted by BIP organizers.
Accommodation
